Cherrii Nails provides handmade press on nails for cosmetic use. By placing an order, customers agree to all current business policies.

All original logos, photographs, branding, website content, and promotional materials belong to Cherrii Nails and may not be copied, edited, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

Because each set is handmade, minor differences in colour, shape, artwork, or placement are normal and are not considered defects. Customers are responsible for following all application, removal, and care instructions. Stop using the product immediately if irritation or discomfort occurs. Cherrii Nails is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper application, removal, or care, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

False claims, fraudulent chargebacks, and unauthorized payment disputes will be documented and may result in refusal of future service or further action. Customers confirm they are authorized to use their selected payment method.

Cherrii Nails may refuse service for any lawful, non-discriminatory reason, including harassment, fraud, non-payment, or policy violations.

Policies and prices may change. Updates apply to future orders and will not replace the terms accepted for an existing order unless required by law.
