By accessing this website or placing an order with Cherrii Nails, you confirm that you are legally able to make a purchase or have permission from a parent or guardian, and that all information you provide is complete and accurate. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Orders are accepted only after confirmation from Cherrii Nails, and custom designs must be approved before production begins. Because each set is handmade, minor differences in colour, artwork, or placement may occur. All purchases are subject to our Custom Order, Return and Refund, Shipping, and Privacy Policies, which form part of these Terms. Customers are responsible for using, applying, removing, and caring for products properly. Website content, photographs, designs, branding, and written materials belong to Cherrii Nails and may not be copied or used without permission. Cherrii Nails may cancel an order or refuse service for any lawful, non-discriminatory reason, including non-payment, fraud, abusive behaviour, or failure to follow business policies. These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and Canada. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms will continue to apply. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
